Hotmelt Lamination and Coating Applications

Coating and lamination are production methods of textile products that excel in their technical performance and functional properties rather than their looks or aesthetic values. Coated and laminated fabrics have a wide area of use ranging from agricultural textiles to medical textile, home textiles and protective clothing. Performance and functional properties of fabrics produced with these methods vary depending on the coating material, application technique and the structure and properties of the textile surface.

WATER AND OIL PROOFING APPLICATIONS
Impermeability of water or oil through the fabric when contacting with it at an angular force.
 
     

MEMBRANE COATING
Applied to any fabric with hotmelt. Polyurethane membrane coated fabrics are waterproof and breathable.
 
   

POLYURETHANE COATING
With high elongation values and resistance to weather, tear and abrasion, PU products are preferred over PVC products despite their higher cost due to their hygiene and environment friendliness, breathability, softness
